Developing Market Share for Kona Bay conforming with the agreed Business Unit Shrimp strategy.

Managing and developing our in-countru sales team.

Define the strategy and execute the presence of Kona Bay at Industry event.

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree’s (S1) from Business Management.

Know about agrifood value chains / market segment in Indonesia.

Have experience in Regional / National shrimp industry.

Know about the customer need and industry trends especially in shrimp industry.

Have strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Willing to travel all around Indonesia for business needed.
