General Requirements

- Good oral and writteb English communication skills is a must

- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms Office
Specific Requireme nt
- With minimum Diploma / S1 Any University Degree. A Degree in Chemistry / Fisheries / Food Technology or related field courses will be a asset
- Having experience and knowledge on export / import process and regulation, documentations preparation and packaging requirement would be ad advantage
- Must be willing to travel extensively and for extended periods of time when necessary
- Must be willing to have flexibility to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya
- Not colour blind. Not having seafood allergy would be plus
Major Duties

- Inspect products and its packaging to make sure the product and label information is within the specifications/requirements
- Assisting R&D of products development, production optimization, chemical application.
- Report the inspection findings and/or result of R&D
- Assist or teach packers on how to process new product / item
- Do supplier / factory audit and/or product monitoring whenever necessary and make report
- Monitoring progress of each trade / order and regulary update clients on the progress of their orders
- Monitoring consolidation and supervising loading

- Anticipate and solving problem related to production and shipment execution
- Assist traders in soliciting offers, respond to clents
- Analysing potential of the new product both on packer and buyer side
- Estabilishing good relationship to packer and buyer
- Any and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
