Requirements:

- Have experience on Manufacture, Retail, F&B or relevant industry
- At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in HR Manager or Senior Manager, Bachelor degree in Law, Human Resource or Psychology
- Good command in English (oral & written)
- Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability
- Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, general affairs, development, training and administration
