Job Responsibility :
1. Leading branch sales performance to achieve commercial and revenue targets.
2. Growing B2B customer acquisition and strengthening key account management.
3. Managing, guiding, and evaluating the sales to ensure consistent performance.
4. Maintaining strong partnerships with customers and expanding long-term business relationships.
5. Identifying market potential and new logistics opportunities within the Semarang area and surrounding regions.
Requirements :
1. 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain.
2. Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
3. Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Familiar with Semarang market and business network.
