PT Hero Retail Nusantara is currently seeking for Store Manager and willing to be placed in JaBoDeTa Area.
Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction
- Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, sales and profits.
- Leading, motivating, guiding and supervising store staff.
- Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Handle problems arising from staff or customers, including complaints and criticism.
Job Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years work experience as Store Manager (supermarkets are preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff and help customers.
- Great customers service skills.
- Having good analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
