Responsibilities :

- Ensure a CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

- Create an effective database system

- Work together with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Event Team

- Update account and contacts in a CRM System

- Monitor customer relations strategies 

- Build workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes

- Dynamise existing workflows and strategies

- Suggest new methods to address customer's needs

- Track marketing metric and trends

- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Requirement :

- Bachelor degree is a must

- Has minimum 5 years experience from automotive or luxury industry

- Analytical, data - driven, and well - versed in spreadsheet 

- Detail - oriented 

- A strong team player with leadership skill

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
