Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 year of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company ;

2. Knowledge of the Accurate system (Mandatory) ;

3. Understanding of purchasing flows in trading companies and manufacturing companies ;

4. Willing to be based in PIK, North Jakarta.

Job Description:

1. Order Management:

- Place and track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Ensure accurate and efficient purchasing activities.

2. Supplier Relations:

- Build good relationships with suppliers to get the best terms for price, quality, and delivery.

- Select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

3. Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth stock management.

4. Record Keeping:

- Use the Accurate system for processing orders and keeping clear records.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all purchases.

5. Team Coordination:

- Work with production, finance, and warehouse teams to make sure purchasing supports operational needs.
